A brief history of how we came up with this project: |
We, the 5 organizers of this project, are all students of the 12CG5 at the ECG. Just like every year, all the 12ieme classes of the ECG have to organize some kind of project; it's part of the school program. The project can be virtually anything: a play, a poll, a dance contest, a field trip… All it has to be is well-planned and well-organized. |

As playing poker has become quite fashionable lately, and as we are all passionate poker players, we decided that organizing a poker championship might be a great project. We discussed the idea with our “regent”, who immediately approved. We then started planning how exactly we would organize the championship, where, how many players, entrance fee, prizes… |
