Ranking online.The player ranking of the first tournament of the 12th April 2008 is now online! Even though we had 163 subscribed and paying players, the ranking only includes 141 players, which is due to some issues with delayed payments and the Check-Outs during the event! Some people did not check out after losing their "All-in", that's why they didn't get a rank. After this great first tournament we also have a first Player Ranking for the whole Luxembourg Poker Championship! Check it out now and click here!!

Dany Gisselbrecht takes the first qualifier!.Today, the first tournament of the Luxembourg Poker Championship 2008 took place in Luxembourg City. It was a great event and a real success!! We hope everybody enjoyed this tournament as it was really worth visiting! The french player Dany Gisselbrecht dominated the final, letting Serge Milano (2nd) and Joly Fabrice (3rd) behind him on the podium. Sold out.We are very proud to announce that today, more than 2 weeks before the 12th of April, the first tournament of the Luxembourg Poker Championship 2008 is completely SOLD OUT! All 160 seats are now reserved and we won't accept any further payment. Thank you people for showing such great interest and we wish you all good luck for the tournament!!

If you didn't manage to get a seat, you're still welcome to come as a visitor, and maybe you will be able to participate at the second tournament of the Luxembourg Poker Championship!

Missing payments.We want to remind everybody who hasn't paid so far, that there is a deadline for all payments! As you may have noticed, you have already received an E-mail to remind you. Those who haven't paid within the next few days will be removed immediatly from the guestlist! We have also set another deadline for all those who are registering in the near future: we will not accept any bank transfer after the 5th of April 2008. After that, if there are any seats left, tickets will only be sold at the box office on the 12th of April during the Check-in, but be aware that the prices there are a little higher than during the presale. 05.03	Reminder.We once again want to remind everybody who is not registred yet or who hasn't paid so far, that there are still seats left for the tournament! Even if the number of the registred players was 500/160, you could still sign up! As long as not all 160 seats are gone (160 players with paid status), you can still sign up!! Hurry up if you haven't registred or paid yet!

Bank transfer problems solved.Today, we have finally solved all payment transfer problems. From now on, we will receive your payment confirmation within 2-3 days! And don't forget about our little challenge (read news 22.01 below) which ends on the 29th of February! So hurry up if you want to be rewarded with 30x 100% Plastic Poker Card Decks!! We also want to remind you that only the first 160 players to pay will get their seat, so you should better hurry with your payment! ;)

Payment issues. For all you people who have been emailing us these last few days complaining about their status still not being set to "PAID", we are very sorry for the inconvenience. As this first tournament is a school project, our school (the ECG) forces us to run all financial movement through them. That way, as long as the ECG hasn't told us that you have already paid, we have no possibility of knowing. All future tournaments will run exclusively through us and there will be no more delays concerning the "PAID" status. For future tournaments, we promise your payment will be handled within only 1 day! But for now, please be patient until we get feedback from our school on your participation fee. We are once again sorry and hope for your understanding.

First success & recommendations. We are once again proud to announce that only 4 days after the release of our website, half of the seats are already booked! And, there are still 78 more days left! Shortly, we will be handing out 5000 flyers all over Luxembourg, so be prepared for an even bigger boom on the guest list. We highly recommend you to pay as fast as possible, because your seat is not secured as long as we haven't received your payment! Be aware that an unlimited number of seats can be booked, but only the first 160 people to pay actually get their seat!

Prize update & challenge. Today we are proud to announce that in only 2 days time since the release of the website, 50 people have already signed up for the tournament!!

To show good will towards all participants, we have one more present, or rather challenge, for you: If 100 players get the "PAID" status within the next 30 days (until the 29th February), we will add new prizes: not only will the 8 finalists be rewarded, but all players ranked in the Top40 who haven't made it to the finals will get 1 PLASTIC CARD DECK for free! So hurry up folks! ;)

19.01	Announcement. The first Luxembourg Poker Championship tournament will be held on 12th of April at the "Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion" in Hollerich, Luxembourg. The registration is now open. The number of seats is very limited! First come, first served.
